Submission of this application electronically does not constitute approval. The application will not be processed or considered complete until:

• The $10 fee is paid in full to the Village of Cleves during normal office hours.

• Proof of ownership of the residence is received and verified by the Village.

Issuance of a “No Solicitors” registration is contingent upon successful completion of these requirements. Payment may be made when the applicant responds to pick up the permit. The Clerk or assigned employee will reach out via email with instructions on where proof of ownership can be submitted.

By submitting this form, the applicant affirms that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge, understands that knowingly providing false or misleading information may result in denial or revocation, and acknowledges their responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

BY SIGNING, I AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL INFORMATION LISTED TO THE VILLAGE OF CLEVES. I AGREE TO PAY THE $10 FEE TO ENSURE THE FACT THAT SOLICITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE STATED PROPERTY BY THE DISCRETION OF THE VILLAGE OF CLEVES.
