The Cleves Board of Public Affairs applied and obtained grant funding from the Miami Valley Conservancy District with the assistance of Brandstetter Carroll Inc. to develop a source water protection plan for its three ground water wells at 4545 Kilby Road in Whitewater Township, Hamilton County.
